Here are a few of the questions we get the most.

All training sessions are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be considered a forfeiture of the session. Rescheduled appointments will be accommodated as possible, but require 48 hours notice.
All sessions and packages expire 90-days after purchase.
Cash or credit card are acceptable forms of payment. We also accept Venmo and Zelle. Personal checks are not accepted. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Our in-home services extend throughout most of Bergen County, as well as parts of Rockland County. However, due to the high population density and traffic congestion surrounding our area's major highways -- we typically limit our visits to north of Route 4 and east of 17. If you live outside of our service area, contact us.
Up to 10miles roundtrip travel from Cresskill is covered in the published in-person training rate. Residences outside of the service area will be charge an additional $1/mi in overage. This policy is due to the congestion on all of our area roads.

We begin our relationship with a welcome and learning session to ensure that we will make a good team. If we do, next you will decide what package bests suits your needs. If we don’t, we can both relax as there is no package commitment.
You will need to have a variety of training treats on hand.
Please do not feed your dog within two hours before the session. Hungry dogs works harder.
Trainers will often spend another hour in the car traveling to and from appointments. The cost of my time in addition to savings on fuel and tolls makes virtual training cheaper.
